Job Description
- Implement and maintain the best marketing systems, standards, and practices for e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business marketing goals, identify challenges, and develop product-based solutions while coordinating cross-functional resources for campaign implementation.
- Plan, execute, manage, and evaluate e-commerce campaigns to optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with related teams, including creative, performance marketing, and strategy teams.
- Leverage fundamental knowledge of media marketing, on-page e-commerce SEO, keyword research, and social media advertising to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Develop creative and relevant content materials that align with the marketing strategy.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of e-commerce content while monitoring business progress and contributing to product optimization efforts.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience as a product or strategy operator in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify business issues through data and convert them into measurable indicators.
- Exceptional logical thinking, user insight, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, proven cross-team collaboration capabilities, and team management experience.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining and managing e-commerce websites.
- Ability to create revenue forecasts and analyze the contribution margin of sales channels.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce, including marketing strategy planning, product development, competitive strategy, industry trends, and consumer behavior research.
- Comprehensive understanding of diverse sales strategies and marketing platforms.
- Detail-oriented with familiarity in website design principles.
- Strong multitasking skills.
