A leading e-commerce company in Jakarta Utara is looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist. Responsibilities include managing daily operations across platforms, executing marketing campaigns, and driving online sales. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields and 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales. Excel proficiency and strong communication skills are essential. The role offers opportunities to work with major marketplace platforms and involves a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsible for executing operational and marketing activities across multiple e-commerce channels (Website, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Blibli, MAPCLUB, Lazada, Zalora) to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online marketing, or digital sales. Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfortable with data analysis and reporting. Familiar with basic digital marketing tools (ads manager, campaign dashboards, or equivalent).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple platforms and timelines. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and marketplace partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and recommend improvements.
Other: Fast learner with a problem-solving attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is an advantage.
Manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms, including product uploads, order monitoring, stock updates, and customer follow-ups.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and monthly/seasonal programs with clear objectives and measurable results.
Develop strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow online sales.
Create and update engaging product content, visuals, and marketing materials for each platform.
Coordinate with internal teams, media agencies, and marketplace partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, ads, and livestreaming activities.
Monitor campaign performance, sales data, competitor activities, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to relevant teams as needed.
Manage budgets, process vendor billings, and maintain accurate records of sales and promotional spend.
Support influencer/KOL and affiliate programs to boost visibility and sales.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners (3PL) to ensure on-time delivery and proper order fulfillment.
Maintain and review agreements with marketplace partners and vendors.
Provide weekly business updates and participate in internal reviews to track progress toward sales targets.
