Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms
Monitor daily inventory and manage inventory forecast
Prepare creative brief materials for all marketplaces including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media contents or/and marketing materials
Maintain relationships with RM to evaluate store’s current performance, plan for future strategies, inform any updated regulations, and be the intermediary between marketplace and the company
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for evaluating store’s performance, quarterly marketing plans or/and other marketplace reports needed by the Digital Marketing Manager
Support ad-hoc tasks of other digital marketing team members
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree majoring in marketing, advertising, or related fields
2-3 years of experience in handling E-Commerce
Knowledge in Retail & E-Commerce industry
Deep knowledge in TikTok shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia Marketing Campaign
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and ability to maintain relationships across teams and externally
Meticulous and time-focused in completing tasks accurately
