Job description

As our E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you’ll have the space to lead and shape how our brand shows up online. You’ll lead campaigns from strategy to content, working with our Founders on marketing direction, then bringing ideas to life through hands-on production.

You’ll plan, shoot, publish, and track content across platforms. You’ll manage our online store and ensure it’s built for conversion.

This role is for someone with strong creative instinct; a sharp eye for "Western" markets; and the drive to act on ideas fast. You’ll need a working grasp of digital advertising, ready to step in when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategy, Campaign Planning & Content Mapping
  • Collaborate directly with the Co-Founders to define the marketing strategy, creative direction, and campaign calendar;
  • Develop social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and catalogue campaigns;
  • Build a forward facing monthly content map across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.);
  • Identify key storytelling opportunities across our product categories and turn them into meaningful content series or mini campaigns;
  • Proactively suggest creative content ideas that serve business goals (brand trust, conversions, engagement, inquiries).
  1. Content Creation (Photo + Video)
  • Take charge of planning and producing digital products, and fashion shoots, from concepts to execution;
  • Set up shoot schedules, casting models, selecting locations, and managing shot lists;
  • Capture content regularly using camera or mobile such as reels, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle shoots, tutorials, UGC style content;
  • Write engaging captions and develop visual layouts that match our B2B & D2C voice and aesthetic;
  • Edit video and photo content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, or DaVinci Resolve;
  • Organise and manage digital assets for ongoing campaigns and future use.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Own our brand’s social presence across all platforms;
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor daily content based on the content calendar;
  • Monitor social trends and competitor content for ideas and benchmarking;
  • Report on content performance metrics (reach, saves, clicks, shares, etc.) with insights and recommendations.
  1. eCommerce Platform Management
  • Collaborate with Founders to update and manage our online store, including product uploads, banners, landing pages, collections, and product descriptions;
  • Collaborate with the production and designer departments to ensure accurate information such as available fabrics and colours as well as lead times are reflected online;
  • Monitor online customer behaviour and suggest UX improvements to boost conversions;
  • Track and report on sales, inquiries, and traffic performance on the store.
  1. Advertising & Paid Campaign Support
  • Setup and execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms;
  • Manage and troubleshoot ads when the Digital Performance Specialist is absent;
  • Assist in writing compelling ad copy and selecting the right visuals;
  • Monitor ad spend, performance, and return on investment;
  • Work with performance marketing tools and understand analytics dashboards.
  1. Cultural & Consumer Awareness
  • Bring a strong understanding of Western consumer behaviour, social media trends, and fashion tone of voice in the Australia, Canada, UK, US, and GCC markets;
  • Ensure all messaging, content, and visuals resonate with our target brand audiences globally;
  • Keep up with what’s trending and culturally relevant to fashion brands across these regions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Plan, create, and manage end-to-end content and campaigns independently;
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce/Shopify);
  • Social media management, content creation, and e-commerce marketing (preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands);
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills tailored for B2B fashion brands;
  • Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business and Google Ads is a strong plus;
  • Photography and video production skills using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or mobile, lighting setups, and editing tools;
  • Fluency in English is non negotiable. You’ll be creating content, writing copy, directing shoots, and shaping campaigns for Western markets. If you can’t think, write, and speak clearly in English, this role won’t be a fit.

SALARY + BENEFITS

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm;
  • Location: Denpasar, Bali
