Job summary

A leading fashion e-commerce company in Jakarta Timur is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager. You will develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy, manage product listings, and oversee marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences in both Bahasa & English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.

Job description

Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy (website, marketplaces, and social commerce).

Manage product listing, pricing, promotions, and content optimization to maximize sales.

Plan, manage, and execute e-commerce campaigns with a solid understanding of margin impact

Oversee customer journey, from browsing to checkout, ensuring high conversion rates.

Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the supply chain and operations to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Manage relationships with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).

Performance Marketing

Plan, implement, and optimize performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads).

Monitor ROI, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs to ensure efficient ad spending.

Run A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and funnels to improve results.

Collaborate with the creative/content team to produce engaging ad assets.

Manage digital marketing budget and provide regular performance reports.

Explore new paid channels and growth opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze e-commerce performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer insights.

Provide weekly/monthly dashboards and actionable recommendations.

Stay updated on digital & e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces).

Experienced in optimizing and growing website (brand.com) performance

Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with strong ROI.

Data-driven mindset with hands-on skills in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.

Strong background in multi-brand management with hands-on experience in Marketplace LIVE.

Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Passionate about e-commerce, growth hacking, and customer experience

Outstanding communication in both Bahasa & English and interpersonal skills.
