Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce & Performance Marketing to grow our online sales and optimize the customer shopping experience, and to build brand awareness and drive engagement across digital channels. This role involves overseeing online merchandising, content management, digital marketing, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of the e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and experience working with online marketplaces and retail platforms.

A. Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management:

  • Ensure all online content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Assist in the development and management of the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate order processing, and great customer service with operation team.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices by attending industry events, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales.

Digital Marketing and Sales Strategy:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop innovative content and ad strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and awareness of the brand.
  • Work with content creators and designers to develop impactful ad creatives and continuously test new ideas to refine campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS) and budget allocation.

B. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in managing Ecommerce platform or similar role, such as Relationship Manager in Ecommerce company.
  • Minimum 2 years in a performance marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, etc) and online marketplaces (e.g., Tiktok Shop, Tokopedia, Shopee, etc).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies for online growth.
