Haquhara is a beauty company that provides products embodying professionalism and innovation for all Makeup Artists and Beauty Enthusiasts. We are currently looking for a eCommerce & Online Sales Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and sales performance across online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Update product listings, pricing, visuals, and promotions across Marketplace & Website
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, revenue) from Marketplace & Website to improve performance
  • Handle digital advertising across platforms (Meta Ads, and marketplace ads) to improve online sales performance
  • Collaborate with Creative and Sales Ops teams to optimize ad spend (Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Track and analyze sales, traffic, and ads to improve results
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and SLA adherence
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors to support strategy
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management, preferably in the beauty or retail FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations
  • Experience in digital advertising and website CMS (Shopify) is a plus
  • Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards) and spreadsheets for data-driven decisions
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across departments
  • Adaptable to platform changes, consumer trends, and evolving digital tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Slides for data analysis and familiar with web and ad management platforms
