Job description

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, Economics, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling brand campaigns, including marketing, advertising, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, industry trends, and best practices in platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.

Experience in the beauty or perfume industry is preferred.

Experience working in startups (from inception to success) is preferred.

Strong understanding of platform-specific e-commerce tools and features.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Achieved GMV exceeding 8 billion per month on each platform.

Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.

Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Job Description:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand exposure and increase sales.
  • Increase awareness of brand campaigns by defining campaign positioning and developing marketing strategies both inside and outside the platform to attract organic traffic.
  • Design and implement awareness and communication plans, integrating internal and external resources through content creation, influencer collaborations, advertising, etc.
  • Manage user insights, campaign positioning, and conduct digital analysis of marketing effectiveness for meticulous management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials and generate viral marketing effects.
