About the role
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager APAC to join the PT Himalaya Wellness Indonesia team in our Kelapa Gading, Jakarta office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement for our online sales channels.

What you'll be doing

The individual will manage APAC e-commerce marketing across priority markets (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines initially).

The role will focus on delivering the KRAs across media investment optimization, platform growth, consumer journey excellence, and cross-functional alignment.

Over time, this person will also have the potential to build and lead a team across countries/functions to drive execution at scale.

Media & Performance Marketing – Plan and optimize e-commerce media budgets across platforms to improve ROAS and spend efficiency.

Platform Growth & JBP – Lead JBPs with key platforms as we grow, negotiate packages, and deliver GMV growth vs. LY with the support of Account managers

Full-Funnel Campaigns & Consumer Journey – Drive traffic, new buyers, and conversions through integrated out-platform and on-platform campaigns, ensuring best-in-class flagship store experience and livestream execution.

Team & Cross-Functional Alignment – Manage a small marketing sub-team (initially) and align with commercial, supply chain, and regional marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and budget utilization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally with a mix of brand marketing (approx. 50%) and e-commerce marketing (approx. 50%).
  • Should have worked closely with eRetailers/platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) as well as on out-platform media (META, CPAS, affiliates).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize ROAS, and drive growth through full-funnel marketing strategies.
