We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager to oversee the entire order fulfillment process from Decathlon stores. You will ensure timely, accurate order processing, optimize productivity, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the ecommerce fulfillment center, including order processing, picking, packing and hand over to courier partners.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as productivity, ship on time, error rate, and cost/order.
  • Lead and encourage the fulfillment team to meet performance goals through Individual Development Meeting as one of platform provided by Decathlon.
  • Collaborate internally and externally with Ecommerce last mile, Customer service, Inventory, and external resource provider to resolve issues and improve workflows.
  • Forecast staffing needs and manage labor scheduling during peak seasons.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent In English both Writing and Speaking is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years experience managing ecommerce fulfillment or relevant fields. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable
  • You have a passion for sport
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and KPIs to improve operational performance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) and carrier relationships preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
