Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and maintain accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or company website)
• Ensure all product information—including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability—is consistently accurate and up to date
• Support the planning and actively execute online campaigns, including discounts, flash sales, and promotional vouchers
• Analyze sales data to generate regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Monitor competitor activities and track e-commerce market trends to identify new opportunities and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Has a strong interest in e-commerce business and the digital industry
• Experience in managing online stores or e-commerce operations is a plus
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Target-driven and able to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
