Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Analyst located in Surabaya. The E-commerce Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, monitoring customer experience and feedback, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to enhance overall performance. The analyst will also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
