Employee Engagement Specialist - Field Office

About the Role

The Engagement Specialist may be required to work both in an office setting and out in the field, attending to employee needs and supporting engagement initiatives on-site. The position involves working directly at various sites, managing field teams, and implementing engagement strategies outside traditional office environments.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives at various field locations.
  2. Implement and enhance company-wide employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives.
  3. Plan and execute engagement-related events, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  4. Identify engagement gaps through surveys, focus groups, and employee feedback, then propose reliable and data-driven solutions.
  5. Gather, analyze, and interpret employee sentiment data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for People functions.
  6. Monitor trends in employee engagement, benchmark best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to improve workplace experience.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or organizational development.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role, preferably with field-based management experience.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of connecting with employees at various levels and locations.
  4. Ability to build relationships, empathize, and manage conflicts effectively.
  5. Excellent planning and coordination skills to manage activities across multiple locations.
  6. Problem-solving skills to address engagement and retention challenges.
  7. Analytical skills to interpret employee feedback and engagement data for improvements.
  8. Willingness to travel to various field locations as needed.
