  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Experience in creating and managing talent programs.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with training and development providers.
  • Ability to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta office.
