Job Description:

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability in the project channel.
• Develop new project distributors and specify products in each segment such as residential, hospitality, and industry.
• Maintain and support current distributors to further develop end customers such as developers, contractors, and owners.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed, proposing and training new product knowledge to customers including architects, consultants, and designers.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales management experience in a similar industry.
• Under 35 years old.
• College degree or above.
• Experience with new employee orientation, safety training, and required work-related training.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team with high team spirit.
