Job description

The project planning & controller is a key member of the project team and works directly with the project manager to create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyze progress reported against the work schedules, and recommend actions to improve progress. The Project Planning & Controller reports directly to the project General Manager.

Job Descriptions:

1. Monitor progress on ongoing projects
2. Lead the administration team to produce contracts
3. Monitor payments
4. Prepare all project reports for the Board of Directors (BOD)
5. Monitor and develop cash out plans
6. Support the financial team in verifying payment milestones and expected payment statuses based on schedule analysis

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
2. At least 4 years of experience in project planning within construction, specifically for high-rise buildings and landed houses
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
4. Knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
