Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and standard office applications.
Responsibilities
  1. Welcome guests warmly and provide a courteous introduction upon arrival.
  2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
  3. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  4. Offer detailed information on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.
  5. Arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, events, and other activities as requested by guests.
  6. Coordinate and schedule transportation services, including taxis, shuttles, and car rentals.
  7. Provide accurate directions and travel information to help guests navigate the local area.
  8. Maintain effective communication with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  9. Log guest requests and feedback accurately for continuous service improvement.
  10. Manage guest reservations and maintain updated records of guest preferences.
  11. Handle administrative duties related to guest services as required.
