Job description

Plan and compile the master document list.

Support the implementation of internal audits for quality, environment, and OHS.

Ensure the master document list aligns with actual conditions in the field.

Assist in preparing internal audit reports.

Maintain and manage document filing according to retention periods.

Requirement :

Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major (Freshgraduates are very welcome to apply).

Systematical workflow and a very detail oriented person.

Have a good knowledge on Microsoft Office.

Have any knowledge for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 will be an advantage.
