Responsible for supporting administrative processes related to employee compensation and benefits (including payroll, bonuses, insurance, personnel costs, outsourcing, and other benefits) for all stores and the head office accurately.
Conduct employee resignation data checks, prepare monthly and yearly resignation recap reports, and create exit letters (based on the specified employee level). Handle the approval process and ensure the distribution of exit letters to the respective employees.
Prepare the monthly Salary Payment Summary Report, process journal entries through SAP, create accrual journals related to month-end closing (covering all transactions), and input the data into SAP in a timely manner.
Carry out the recap and distribution process of benefits (DPLK cards and balances) for all company employees, as well as process card revisions and DPLK card amalgamations.
Perform checks and updates on long leave balances. Reconcile long leave data with the HRIS Specialist (including leave that will expire in the current year and outstanding long leave).
Coordinate matters related to invoices, finance, or other needs requiring collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
Proven experience in a payroll or compensation & benefits role.
Strong knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, taxation, and labor regulations.
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
