Account Receivable Assistant Manager (English Speaker)

• Verify the invoice documents and update the incoming voucher recap from the finance admin.
• Prepare payment schedules and arrange weekly cash flow.
• Manage petty cash and process cash payments.
• Input receipts and issuance of vouchers into the system accurately.
• Perform petty cash and bank reconciliations.
• Generate daily and monthly accounting reports.
• Create and verify final costing and invoices for vendors, ensuring alignment with agreements and quotations.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports for management.
• Confirm accounts receivable with vendors via email to the PIC Bill.
• Compile monthly reports for the BOD meeting.
