Job description

Graduate Diploma or Bachelor from a recognized university in any major.

Willing to work in Cikarang.

Minimum of 10 years' experience working in an Automotive Japanese Tier 1 company.

Familiar with ISO and IATF standards.

At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Supervisor or 3 years' as an Assistant Manager in the Purchasing Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare KPI reports for top management.
  2. Follow up on localization purchases.
  3. Maintain import licenses.
  4. Serve as auditee and auditor for ISO standards.
  5. Participate in cost reduction activities.
  6. Report to Manager and President Director.
  7. Conduct checks on bid tabulation and published POs.
  8. Ensure business activities comply with legal regulations.
