Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in product / brand management (preferably from beauty brands or Lifestyle brands, FMCG).
  • Independent, strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, team builder, fast learner, and passionate about lifestyle & beauty products (perfume, cosmetics & personal care).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, dynamic, creative & innovative, yet result-oriented.
  • Understanding of Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget, and competition).
  • Proficient with MS Office Excel and internet applications.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create & implement marketing plans and strategies to support brand image & brand building in the market.
  • Manage the entire brand portfolio, including brand growth, product selection, inventory, budgeting, promotion planning, and sales target achievement.
  • Develop strategies to outperform competitors, evaluate market trends, and initiate innovative programs to increase sales.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns & activities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Track brand and competitor performance metrics regularly.
