Job description

Job Description: Brand Manager

Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of brand strategies aligned with business objectives.

Define brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging across all channels.

Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events, etc.).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing tactics for maximum ROI.

Coordinate with product development, sales, and customer insights teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across departments.

Plan and monitor brand marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Ensure that all brand-related activities, including advertising, public relations, and social media, adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.

Monitor KPIs such as brand awareness, market share, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Manage product launches, line extensions, and phase-outs in collaboration with product and innovation teams.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Brand Manager / at least 2 years as a Senior Brand Category Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience handling category brands in personal care is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in brand management strategies and implementation monitoring.
  • Experience managing brand marketing budgets.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a passion for consumer behavior.
