Job Description

We're looking for a General Affair Manager for one of our top clients growing Start Up E-commerce company. Check out the details below:

  • Responsible for the security and management of company inventory.
  • Propose and issue purchase orders.
  • Manage stationery and kitchen equipment inventory.
  • Handle expense requests and reimbursements such as hotel, tickets, and maintenance costs according to company policy; some expense requests may be handled by the finance administrator or assistants.
  • Prepare administrative reports for General Affairs (GA).
  • Manage company asset inventory. Arrange accommodation and hotel ticket bookings.
  • Supervise office, apartment rentals, and maintenance administration.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and 3-5 years of experience in GA, with industry-specific experience being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Experience in vendor relations.
  • Proficient in vehicle management, building maintenance, engineering, and utilities.
