Job description

- Min. 5 Years of experience in handling SAP HCM Module.

- Experience in direct 3 full cycle SAP implementation, including the configuration management plan. Assist in to-be process detail design, system configuration, and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Prepare and execute testing, prepare and conduct training, support user acceptance testing, and perform go-live support.

- Proven experience across multiple SAP functional modules, working with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure effective, efficient delivery of business process enhancements.

- Experience in cross-industry is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
