Join a leading resort as a Sales Manager, responsible for driving revenue through proactive solicitation of group and catering opportunities. You will manage high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction while achieving personal and team revenue goals. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential. Manages group/catering opportunities not handled by an Event Booking Center (EBC). Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue. Achieves personal and team revenue goals. Verifies proper and timely business handover for service delivery. Drives customer/guest loyalty through service excellence and provides service to grow accounts on behalf of the company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk, or related area.
OR
• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no experience required.
