Job description

Provide data analytics to support the overall compensation & benefits strategies of AXA Indonesia.

Ensure the provision of payroll services to entities and manage vendor relationships for payroll processing, to ensure flawless execution of monthly payroll.

Collect, verify, and manage personnel data and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
2. Solid knowledge of C&B and technical remuneration processes.
3. Experience dealing with all levels of management.
4. Experience in handling payroll administration.
5. Knowledge of survey market data using Towers Watson.
6. Understanding of labor laws.
