Commercial Finance & Business Partner Manager

East West Seed Indonesia (Ewindo) is the first integrated vegetable seed company in Indonesia, specializing in producing high-quality vegetable seeds through plant breeding. The head office is located in Desa Benteng, Campaka, Purwakarta, West Java. Our core business is seed production across various regions including East Java, Banten, Lampung, and research areas such as Wanayasa, Lembang, and Purwakarta. We serve the entire Indonesian market and support the East West Group's broader market presence. With over 800 employees, Ewindo has established itself as a leading player in seed marketing.

We are seeking a Commercial Finance & Business Partner Manager to join our agile team. The role involves evaluating and controlling daily financial operations, collaborating with auditors for compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within the sales and marketing departments. The position reports to the F&A General Manager and F&A Director.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with sales and marketing departments to provide financial insights and strategic advice.
2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability, cost, margin analysis, and financial forecasting.
3. Act as a continuous business partner for sales and marketing in budget planning, monitoring, and supervision of activities such as pricing, sales growth initiatives, discount programs, and promotional activities.
4. Provide financial information and support to business units to enhance sales growth, promotional ROI, efficiency, and overall profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a leader or manager with exposure to financial planning, projection, monitoring, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software such as Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethics.
• Willing to work at our head office in Purwakarta, West Java.
