Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Director in leading the execution of tasks and functions of medical staff groups, installations, business management units, and/or other nomenclature;
  2. Propose to the Director through the relevant manager:
  3. Work plans as a basis for preparing activity implementation plans and budgets to achieve performance targets;
  4. Plans for staffing needs, promotions, demotions, and rotations;
  5. Performance targets for members of medical staff groups, installations, and business management units and/or other nomenclature;
  6. Service development and collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
  7. Needs for state-owned assets, budgets, procurement of goods and services, and disposal of state-owned assets.

Key Objectives and Deliverables:

  1. Ensure high-quality patient care;
  2. Lead and develop nursing staff;
  3. Enhance operational efficiency;
  4. Support strategic hospital goals;
  5. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  1. Bachelor’s or Diploma IV degree in medicine or dentistry;
  2. Have cumulative experience in a related field of duty for at least 5 (five) years;
  3. Currently holds or has held an administrative position or a professional expert position at the intermediate level for at least 2 (two) years.
