We are looking for a Relationship Manager for our fast-growing SME team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have strong SME Banking experience, comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment, and attentive to the nuances that influence brand success.

What you will do:

  1. Generate leads for SME financing, including qualifying leads, retaining and expanding existing relationships, and following up inquiries from potential SME clients
  2. Identify borrower needs to create unique, innovative, high-value customer solutions
  3. Present and pitch products to potential customers, negotiate terms and conditions
  4. Conduct comprehensive fact-finding with clients to understand their business needs, benefits sought, and potential barriers
  5. Assist in preparing major project and partnership tenders as required

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SME financing and/or B2B sales, with adaptability to commercial business environments
  • Good understanding of general industries, with focus on 1-2 specific industries
  • Established network of SME businesses, with ability to develop new relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian; strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
  • Hunter personality with critical and analytical thinking skills
