Job description

Requirements : -Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications). -Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Property Sales, Real Estate, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). -Well-groomed, attractive, and professional appearance is a must.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Proficiency in Mandarin or English is a strong advantage. -Possesses a wide network among investors, expatriates, or high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).

-Highly initiative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (after-sales service is crucial in luxury property). Jobdesk and Responsibility : -Actively promote and market the company's property projects to potential buyers through online and offline channels.

-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business. -Manage and follow up on leads generated from marketing activities, referrals, and self-generated sources. -Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and legal documentation procedures. -Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns promptly and professionally. -Deliver exceptional after-sales service to ensure client loyalty and referrals.

-Willing to be placed at the Head Office in South Jakarta.
