About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our clients with a luxurious fine dining restaurant based in Jakarta.

Job Description

  1. Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
  2. Maintain high standards of organization and quality across all departments, from the front of house to the kitchen.
  3. Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to uphold our reputation for excellence.
  4. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability throughout the restaurant.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing feedback, and implement training to refine team skills and maintain high morale.
  6. Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to drive profitability while upholding service standards.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a luxury or high-end dining establishment or 5-star hotels.
