About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do
  1. Job Request & Vacancy Management: Work with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and post vacancies.
  2. Sourcing, Screening & HR Interview: Identify and engage top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct CV screening and HR interviews to assess candidates.
  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews.
  4. Reference Checks: Conduct background and reference verifications.
  5. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Manage offer discussions aligned with company policies and budget.
  6. Onboarding & Data Management: Ensure smooth onboarding, compile new joiner data, and collaborate with HR Payroll.
  7. Vacancy Tracking: Maintain an up-to-date vacancy tracker.
  8. Candidate & New Joiner Support: Act as the primary contact, providing guidance and support.
  9. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers for strategic hiring decisions.
What You'll Need
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Ability to manage multiple processes with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  4. Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
