1. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving software issues, including glitches and system malfunctions.
2. Software Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring new software, operating systems, applications, and network devices.
3. Technical Support: Providing assistance to users via phone, email, or in person, guiding them through troubleshooting procedures.
4. System Maintenance: Regularly updating and maintaining computer systems, including operating systems, software, and security software.
5. Data Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing data backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.
