Job Description:

Generate and acquire leads by targeting key account brands or merchants based on comprehensive market intelligence.

Responsible for incubating newly joined merchants to ensure their GMV meets the expected targets.

Conduct local competitive research, have a strong understanding of the Indonesian market and competitors' strategies, and provide valuable insights to help companies expand the market rapidly.

Responsible for retaining existing merchant accounts or brands through networking.

Ensure a smooth onboarding journey by improving, standardizing, and optimizing processes in collaboration with relevant teams.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related major.
2. Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Business Development, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Brand Acquisition, or in any relevant role within the E-commerce industry.
3. Fluent in Mandarin, both verbally and written, is a must.
4. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a solution-focused, action-biased, and creative approach.
5. Works well with cross-functional teams, maintaining a positive, team-player mindset.
6. Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills to manage and negotiate with various partners.
7. Strong data management ability or willingness to learn is essential.
