Job description

1. Draft and review letters, financing agreements, and cooperation agreements with third parties.

2. Review policies, procedures, and guidelines of the company.

3. Handle company permits/licenses.

4. Advise the BOD regarding any corporate actions.

5. Update all regulations from regulators (OJK) and implement those regulations within the company.

6. Support other departments when they need advice regarding government rules and regulations in conducting their work.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law.

2. Familiarity with Indonesian Labor Law, OJK regulations, and other regulators.

3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Corporate Legal in banking or multifinance industry.

4. High integrity, strong sense of commitment, excellent self-management skills, and result-oriented work habits.
