Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Food Science, Industrial, Chemical, Biotech, etc.) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• At least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Staff in manufacturing, preferably handling food and beverage raw materials, especially Raw Material & Packaging Material
• Energetic and a fast learner
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP software
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi (Kawasan Industri MM2100)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Monitor purchasing process administration using SAP & internal systems
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure the best offerings in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service, and Management (QCDSM)
• Coordinate with users to gather requirements
• Oversee order delivery and verify invoices
