GENERAL MANAGER SALES MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Develop and implement comprehensive sales, marketing, and business development plans.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and joint ventures, to expand the company's market presence.

Oversee the sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform the company's product and pricing strategy.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Participate in the development of the company's overall business strategy and contribute to the achievement of its long-term goals.
