Job Descriptions
  • Research companies to contact.
  • Initiate relationships with potential managers or CEOs.
  • Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and book introductory meetings.
  • Make cold and warm calls to follow up or preempt email communications, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies to identify successful approaches.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to provide product feedback and feature requests.
  • Identify new opportunities in Accounting or HR Software markets to expand our footprint.
  • Work with marketing to discover leads and set appointments.
  • Utilize strong selling skills to set qualified appointments.
  • Log and maintain customer contact records.
  • Participate in community networking activities to promote our software solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, scrappy, and competitive.
  • Desire to achieve results and improve daily.
  • Experience in selling or marketing is a plus but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (preferably from SMEs/SMBs); fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas is a plus.
  • Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and openness to feedback.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage.
  • Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a small, distributed team environment.
