Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- Maximum age: 25 years old
- Fresh graduates or with less than 1 year of experience
- Fast learner, ambitious, proactive, energetic, and persistent
- Strong motivation and negotiation skills in sales
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in the field
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a 'Can-Do Attitude'
- Willing to be located throughout all areas of Indonesia
Job Responsibilities
- Study the company's business model, values, vision, and mission
- Complete tasks assigned by company leadership
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Follow orders and directions from company leadership
- Observe and learn from colleagues and superiors
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and review work results
