Job Description

  1. Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
  2. Provide merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax processes.
  3. Propose and drive implementation of new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top-line metrics.
  4. Support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement with merchants.
  5. Identify, research, and maintain relationships with merchants.
  6. Analyze market updates and develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activity.
  7. Research ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (e.g., missing features, improvements, client feedback).
  8. Create partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways, or other partners in the region.
  9. Have a deep understanding of both our product and the partners' products to create successful partnerships.
  10. Prepare interesting and accurate customized presentations for potential partners.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Diploma Degree from any major.
  2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a financial company.
  3. Vast network in local brands/retail merchants preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
  5. Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.
