Job description

Senior Sales Executive (Energy & System, Sustainability)

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing customer sales engagements and value fulfillment within the company's industry standards and business processes. The main focus will be on Energy & System (ENS) and Sustainability, targeting sales and follow-up with various customers, including defined Key Account Managers in the Division of Industrial Services (IS) & Company (PT. TUV SUD Indonesia).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales plan with a personal target of EUR 640K – 1000K, including one-time and framework contracts, aiming for an OR of +7 to 10% or more, with CRM updates.
  2. Manage customer and key account relationships for end-to-end sales engagement, from business development and marketing to proposal, customer orders, contract execution, acceptance, invoicing, and collection.
  3. Ensure compliance with the sales process and contract management.
  4. Identify and pursue add-on sales opportunities within received customer orders.
  5. Support the Head of Sales in promoting and marketing TÜV SÜD Indonesia's businesses, especially under the responsibility of IS in Indonesia.
  6. Assist in building an IS sales pipeline at least twice the target for annual sales, including existing and new services, aligned with company directives and service portfolios, especially for key customers/accounts.
  7. Support and be responsible for achieving the assigned IS annual and quarterly sales and order targets.
  8. Liaise with other TÜV SÜD entities and partners to ensure readiness for sales engagement and timely proposal submissions.
  9. Conduct customer and marketing visits, deliver presentations, provide proposals/quotations, and follow up with potential clients.
  10. Provide timely reports for sales review meetings, including plans, current status, forecasts, and action or mitigation plans.
  11. Support sourcing for required resources and tools.
  12. Coordinate with other departments on sales and tender activities, including new service development.
  13. Develop and maintain knowledge of laws and standards related to inspection.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Excellent leadership skills in sales and customer engagement.
  • Strong technical, contract, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to generate additional sales through customer engagement.
  • Qualified as a Senior Inspector or Auditor is a plus.
