Job Description:

Our client is a prominent manufacturer in the building materials industry, specializing in the production of high-quality cement.

  • Responsible for formulating annual sales expense budget, marketing plan and organization implementation, reach the annual sales target.
  • Responsible for the specific promotion of the company's overall sales work and supervise and inspect the implementation and execution of sales plans; Responsible for formulating sales policies, maintaining the price system, controlling market order, and ensuring the stable development of the market; Organize and implement the expansion and maintenance of sales channels, Formulate channel policies and incentives.
  • Responsible for formulating and improving the company sales management system.
  • Responsible for sales team building and training, effectively training subordinates, supervising, and managing subordinates daily work behavior and guarantee work efficiency.
  • Responsible for reviewing and managing sales contracts and monitoring contract performance, secure Accounts Receivable Credit security and timely withdrawal.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in the related field.
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • At least 3 Years of working experience as Sales Manager or 2 years as General Manager in specific in Marble, Ceramic, & Granite products.
  • Have good market judgment ability and client pioneering ability, have high work enthusiasm, honest and confident personality, optimistic and enterprising, have good teamwork spirit, able to withstand greater work pressure.
