Process client orders, including order entry, invoice preparation, and tracking product shipments.

Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.

Coordinate effectively with the marketing, logistics, and finance departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales workflow.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Minimum 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing related experiences.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
