A leading food manufacturer in Indonesia seeks a Sales Representative with strong B2B experience in the food industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships in specific regions. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of customer relationship management.
Candidate must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B customer handling, especially in the Food Industry.
Familiar with customers in Bakery, Pastry, and related fields.
Possess good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Customer Relationship Management and relationship building.
Preferably possess a driver's license (SIM A) for sales operational matters.
Management skills, sales presentation skills, email proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Market and customer networking skills.
Familiar with areas such as Bogor, Depok, and Sukabumi.
Ability to speak English.
