Assist in building and maintaining a standardized price database for supply chain products, organizing key data such as quotations, discounts, and contracts.

Quotation and Return Analysis

Regularly analyze sales quotations and project return data, and generate analytical reports on price sensitivity, customer segmentation, and market response.

Strategic Customer and Key Project Tracking

Track quotations and profitability for strategic customers and key projects, providing charts and data insights to support management decision-making.

Template and Dashboard Development

Assist in developing pricing analysis templates, automated reports, and visual dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and management transparency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in supply chain or pricing.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and experience with database management and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to analyze pricing, quotations, and returns, identifying trends and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Experience in generating clear analytical reports and developing automated reports and visual dashboards.
• Strong communication skills in English (fluent) to present data effectively and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
