Qualifications

What You Will Do:

• Conduct manual testing for web and mobile applications, ensuring functionality is in accordance with specifications.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business needs.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features or system changes.
• Identify, document, and report bugs through tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Collaborate with developer teams and product managers to ensure bug fixes and application quality improvements.
• Test financial transactions, data validation, and compliance with fintech/banking regulations.
• Ensure application security, performance, and usability standards are met.

What Are The Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite at our Malang office.
• 3-5 years of experience as Manual QA in fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Understanding of SDLC cycle, black-box testing methods, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with MySQL for data validation and API testing with Postman is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial regulations related to application testing (OJK/BI).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an Agile team.
