You will

• Evolve in a multicultural environment favoring family reconnection and sharing.
• Take advantage of exceptional facilities, where interior and exterior spaces have been entirely designed for children's happiness and safety (in compliance with standards established by the PMI).
• Be responsible for supervising children aged 4 months to 2 years (Baby Club) and 2 to 4 years (Petit Club) at the resort.
• Organize age-appropriate activities and entertainment: sports, self-expression, creativity, games & entertainment.
• Manage Baby/Petit Club activities and events with your team.
• Ensure your team implements, applies, and monitors health and safety standards.
• Implement actions to achieve the objectives set by the Family Manager.
• Manage, supervise, and support your teams to develop and achieve qualitative and quantitative results.
