Job description

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in product/brand management.
  2. Experience managing marketing research, advertisement, and medical education agencies.
  3. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. Strong influencing skills across different levels and functions in a matrix organization.
  5. Solid understanding of Indonesia’s healthcare environment and its impact on the pharmaceutical industry.
  6. Reliable, flexible, and agile.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  8. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, or biology from a reputable university with a GPA ≥ 3.00 (scale 4.00).

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve product line sales goals.
  2. Manage assigned budgets to maximize promotional impact, including the creation and implementation of programs/activities for new product introduction, developing product and marketing strategies, and communicating recommendations to executive management.
  3. Build and consult with key opinion leaders through post-market studies, podium presentations, and media engagement.
  4. Manage relationships with outside vendors relevant to product promotion.
  5. Additional responsibilities may include monitoring market trends, competitor analysis, and supporting product lifecycle management.
