Job description

The Brand Marketing Manager will act as the key link between Company clientele and targeted healthcare professionals; will aim at meeting the clients sales targets by following leads and exploring potential new customers within an assigned geographic region. Goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our clients pharmaceutical offerings and medical products and maximize their sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute Pharmaceutical brand plans, according to client brief and market environment on behalf of our clients.
  2. Manage and develop a pool of KOLs and influencers networks.
  3. Manage a virtual sales team (VMR) to co-develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  4. Achievement of sales team call targets, achieving frequency and reach and overall sales target.
  5. Work with Company network to develop detailed digital execution plans, targeting HCPs and influencers/KOLs.
  6. Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
  7. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
  8. Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data.
  9. Promote products ethically and within compliance based on clients sales process and approved marketing strategy.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings.
